For those with busy schedules, our open gym allows you to follow your own training protocol or utilize our provided programs at your convenience, ensuring you never miss a workout.

Our personal training and small group classes focus on individual needs, including specialized training for injury prevention, pain relief, and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns.

Beyond fitness, we offer a far infrared sauna, in-house supplements, and connections to local wellness practitioners. Our holistic health information binder, 'The HOL Being,' provides valuable insights for your overall well-being.

We are rooted in fitness, but we believe listening to your body, nutrition, proper supplementation, implementing holistic modalities, and integration in community are essential. Our mission is to help you reach your goals and grow into the best version of yourself.

“Because of Melissa’s training I have never felt more confident and safe while working out. I know she will correct me when my form is unsafe and can be improved, she will help me customize the workout for whatever my body needs that day, and she does it in a way that is so natural and kind. She has done such a great job of cultivating a culture of humility inside the gym. Everyone that shows up has a desire to be healthy and be their best and some days that just means being there and not pushing to your limit.
